Refunds/Transfers/Deferrals/Changes
There are no refunds.
There are no transfers.
Deferrals are allowed until May 15, 2009; deferred entrants will be charged $50 when they register for the 2010 race.
There is a $15 change fee for change of race (e.g. Sprint to Olympic), change of category within a race (e.g. male 35-39 to clydesdales or individual to relay) or change in relay entrant. This fee is in addition to any increase of fee as a result of the change. If the change results in a lower fee (i.e. changing from Olympic to Sprint), there will not be a refund in the difference and the change fee will be waived.
The Philadelphia Insurance Triathlon will be sanctioned by USA Triathlon. All participants, including relay team members, must be a USAT member or purchase a single event permit for $10.
